Cost Estimator / Takeoff - Commercial Wood Framing and Structural Steel

We're looking for an estimator / takeoff person to help us with calculating quantities of lumber, structural wood sheathing, hardware, nails, equipment and labor costs for construction projects we are bidding on.

We're a small company, where a person who will fit well with the rest of the team needs to be:
- Hungry for Achievement (striving to improve and grow personally and professionally)
- Team Player (looking at what's the best thing for the team, even if it's not the best for any given individual in the short term)
- Open and Honest (if anybody makes a mistake, the expectation is they will admit their mistake and own it, and also if someone else makes a mistake, they will tell that person as well)

Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering of some type
- Fluent in English
