Corporate document/presentation designer

This is a gig for now, with potential for extensions and more work.

We are a business adjacent to the real estate and accounting industry. We need someone who can create a capability statement/corporate explanation/business case document that uses a similar monochrome branding from ---------- .

We are seeking someone who understands how to create a corporate feel that has a design element that really increases the perceived value of our business.

We have an example from another business in our industry which the directors have liked the feel of, but we don't want a carbon copy. See below.

We'd like to see a portfolio, example work, and to be sure you can complete this task within a short timeframe. We will provide all copy.

We may also have additional work around ad creatives too, so if your skillset reaches here also, please apply with examples of past work but be aware that the most important element is the a4 capability statement.
