Senior Copywriter & Content Strategist
Location: Remote, but you are part of a Team. ?
Compensation: $2,000 per month (with 20 percent performance-based increase after 9 months)?
Commitment: Full-Time, Monday-Friday with opportunity for growth

Are you a copywriter who understands brand voice, thought leadership, and high-performance execution? Do you know how to take raw ideas and turn them into compelling written content that drives engagement? If so, this role is for you.

I am looking for a Copywriter & Content Strategist to help build and scale my personal brand through written content that delivers value daily.??

The Role: Copywriter & Content Strategist:

You will be my written voice across LinkedIn, Twitter, and email.?Daily you will be provided with new 45-60 minute voice notes and 5 hours worth of video footage from the day before, and you first will extract the transcription for each piece of media. Then your job is to extract the best insights, structure them, and create compelling content that makes people share, engage, and remember / take action.

This is not just about writing posts—it is about capturing my voice and turning it into high-value content that makes people think, act, and grow. And in order to do that, you as the Copywriter & Content Strategist will need to be able to pick the best parts and turn it into something final.

Your Responsibilities
* Write and publish at least three high-quality LinkedIn posts per day
* Write and publish at least one Twitter thread per day with eight to twelve tweets
* Write and publish five standalone tweets per day
* Turn ideas into long-form LinkedIn articles and strategic content
* Your writing must feel exactly like me—sharp, direct, and engaging
* Take raw content and turn it into insightful, compelling writing that reflects my thought process
* Work with me to develop content themes and storytelling strategies
* Study what works, analyze performance, and adjust for maximum reach and engagement
* No hand-holding—I give you raw input, and you create, refine, and publish
* Own the content system from ideation to final output
* Work closely with the content manager and editing team
* Maintain a library of quotes, lessons, and frameworks for future content
* Track what performs best and refine content strategy over time

Who This Role is For
This is not a basic content repurposing role. This Copywriter & Content Strategist role is for someone who thinks at a high level, writes with authority, and can keep up with a relentless execution pace.

You Have EXPERTISE and EXPERIENCE with:
* LinkedIn, and have a proven track record of wiring articles that performed well
* Twitter, and have a proven track record of repurposing material and writing engaging tweets
* Understand the platforms, the users, and the culture on each one uniquely!

Team Structure & How You Fit In
You will be working alongside a high-performance content team, including:
* Tevin (Videographer): Captures daily raw footage and uploads it to Drive.
* Content Editor: Produces five to ten short-form videos daily, plus long-form content weekly.
* You (Copywriter & Content Strategist): Turns ideas into high-impact written content daily.
* Content Operations Lead: Ensures execution and manages workflow across the team and publishes everything final. ensures quality. then everything comes to me.
* Bennett (Me): Final reviewer, audience engagement, and high-level strategy.

Every person on this team executes at the highest level. If one person falls off, it disrupts the entire system. There are no weak links here.

Compensation & Growth
* Paid Trial: One-day trial at $75 dollars to prove you can execute
* Full-Time Role: Two thousand dollars per month
* Performance-Based Raise: After nine months, a 20% INCREASE will be considered based on performance!
(This is not about time served—it is about results. If you can scale my content output, optimize engagement, and drive audience growth, I have no problem increasing compensation!)

The Trial Process: Prove You Can Execute in One Day
Before bringing someone on full-time, I run a paid trials for one day with multiple people to confirm the right fit, and pick the best for the role and for the Team.

Trial Objective: Can You Capture My Voice?
This trial is designed to test how well you can take raw footage and voice notes and turn them into my best ideas on paper.
* Do you understand what is valuable to my audience?
* Can you think the way I think?
* Can you structure my ideas in a way that makes people take action?
* Are you extracting the right takeaways from my raw footage?

Trial Deliverables (Due in 24 Hours)
* Three LinkedIn posts that sound like me
* One Twitter thread with eight to twelve tweets in my voice and style
* Five standalone tweets based on insights from my content
Send all final drafts in a Google Doc for review.
If you nail this and can execute at the highest level, you will move into the full-time role immediately.
