JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Copywriter specializing in ads, VSLs, content, and email marketing to join our growing creative team on a part-time to full-time basis.

This role is responsible for writing and optimizing high-converting copy for paid ads, sales pages, video scripts (VSLs), email sequences, and organic content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and collaborate with the creative, sales, and media teams to ensure messaging drives engagement, conversions, and brand growth.

You understand direct response copywriting, know how to write persuasive hooks, structure compelling offers, and craft engaging storytelling that captures attention and drives action. You have experience writing for high-ticket offers, info products, and paid ad campaigns, and you know how to track and measure copy effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Copywriting & Content Creation
• Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for ads (Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Craft high-impact VSL scripts that effectively communicate value and drive action.
• Develop engaging email sequences and newsletters that increase open rates and conversions.
• Create social media content (captions, short-form scripts, and organic posts) to drive engagement.
• Write persuasive landing pages, sales pages, and lead magnet funnels that generate leads and sales.

Optimization & Performance Tracking
• Conduct A/B testing on copy variations to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze email and ad performance metrics to optimize messaging.
• Stay updated on trends in copywriting, social media, and consumer behavior to refine strategies.

Collaboration & Strategy
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging with campaign objectives.
• Provide copy guidance for creatives (thumbnails, video edits, and ad creatives).
• Research and apply persuasive psychological principles to increase engagement and conversions.

Requirements
• Proven experience in direct response copywriting, specifically in ads, email marketing, VSLs, and content marketing.
• Strong knowledge of high-ticket sales, info products, and online marketing funnels.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy optimized for different platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics, and tracking performance metrics.
• Experience working with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Ability to adapt tone and style to match different audiences and brand voices.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and persuasion techniques.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
