Contracts Manager

Job Overview: Our growing construction company is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. We need someone who knows contracts well, especially in the AIA format, and has a background in construction. The ideal candidate should be great at managing and organizing things to make sure all our contracts run smoothly.

Job Vacancy: Contracts Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm Pacific Time (LA Time), which is 40 hours per week (Full-time)
with time tracker, screenshare, and Google Meet Video ON
Salary: 8 to 11 USD per hour

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Contracts Management, preferably in the US construction industry.
-Strong background in construction with a good understanding of AIA format.

Skills:
-Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Great organizational and time-management skills.
-Smart and managerial personality.
