JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content writing and graphic design, with a focus on creating engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, reels for social media platforms, and other visual assets. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop compelling and creative content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, reels, social media posts, blogs, and website content.
* Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts to accompany written content and enhance overall marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, graphic design, and social media marketing.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
* Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for design and printing services as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
* Proven experience in content writing, graphic design, and marketing, preferably in [industry/sector].
* Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
* Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
* Experience with video editing and animation software is a plus.
* Backup equipment and stable wired internet with backup.
* The primary device should have at least 8 GB of storage or more.
