We are looking for a part-time content strategist to work alongside an established video marketing and monetization brand. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who has done this before, can prove it, and has a clear system for how they work.

What we are looking for
You have a proven framework or methodology for creating content that grows accounts AND drives revenue. Not just views.
Not just followers. Actual conversions and sales.
You can show us accounts you have worked on, what the numbers looked like before you got involved, and what happened after. You think in systems. You do not wing it.
You have a repeatable process for researching a brand, building a content strategy, and delivering direction that a team can execute consistently.
You understand the difference between content that builds an audience and content that converts that audience into buyers — and you know how to build both into a strategy at the same time.
What this role involves
Deep dive into the Keenya Kelly brand — audience, offers, voice, content pillars, and competitors — and develop a content strategy tailored to where we are going, not just where we have been
Deliver weekly content ideas for Instagram,
Deliver Trial Reels concept per day for Instagram
Build and hand over a content system our team can run — including a competitor database, hook library, and content direction framework
Join bi-weekly strategy calls to review performance and align on the next content cycle
Adapt content direction during active launch periods — we run live challenges, webinars, and course launch campaigns that require content to shift with the offer
What this role does NOT involve
You will not be posting, scheduling, editing videos, designing graphics, managing DMs or comments, or handling any execution. Our team handles all of that. Your job is strategy and content direction only.
You are the right person if
You have a documented system or framework for content strategy — not just experience, an actual repeatable process
You can show us at least two accounts you have grown that also became more profitable — with before and after numbers
You understand short vertical video deeply — TikTok, Instagram Reels, and
You are highly organized and can deliver on deadlines without being chased
You are comfortable working alongside a brand owner who is also a strategist — you do not need to own the entire process
to do your best work
You communicate proactively and do not go silent when things come up
This is not the right role if
You need to control execution in order to stand behind your strategy
You are still building your process and learning as you go
You cannot provide proof of accounts you have grown and monetized
You struggle with structure, deadlines, or communicating your own process clearly
How to apply
Your application must include:
1. A brief description of your content strategy framework or system — how you approach a new brand from day one
2. Two or more examples of accounts you have grown and helped monetize — include the platform, the follower growth, and the revenue or conversion results
3. Your availability and your rate for part-time consulting work
