Content Researcher with basic video editing skills

Hello! I’m looking for a detail oriented content researcher with basic video editing skills that has an eye for engaging viral content. This is for a non-profit Christian organization promoting events on their social media page. The ideal candidate must be able to:

- Scroll instagram to find engaging viral content in my niche
- Analyze trends and find hooks that work well
- Do basic data entry to track the top videos
- Create basic edits with the footage I provide from raw DSLR camera, audio files, and iPhone
- Follow directions
- Be organized
- Have prior experience with video editing software such as premiere or CapCut
- Deliver 50 content ideas in a Google sheet per week
- Deliver 3 social media videos to post per week

Selected candidates will be given a sample project to test for skills and techniques prior to being offered an interview.

Job Requirements:

- Great english communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Well-versed with editing softwares
- Have smartphone and laptop with good internet connection (must be able to download high res footage)
- Prior experience and examples of relevant work

Pay:

- $200/month at $50/week

My name is Abby, and I have a non-profit organization based in Oahu, Hawaii. I'm married with no kids and no pets (yet!) and I love to explore Hawaii, go hiking, go to the beach, be adventurous, all the fun things! I started the non-profit a few years ago with the goal to financially bless people in need whether that's from a natural disaster or just down on their luck. We helped several people directly after the horrible fire in Lahaina, Maui. We plan to help more people in Hawaii as needs arise!
