General Job Description:
Work with the Content Manager and the growing marketing team at Adventure Life for a short-term website content quality assurance project.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform an audit of Adventure Life’s website, including review of main landing pages, for image quality and accuracy of content according to current products offered and travel industry resources
- Collaborate with Adventure Life staff and suppliers to research and collect current resources
- Assist in implementation of updated photography across the website for all destinations
Required Skills and Experience:
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with Google Suite tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong web research skills
- Critical thinking skills to assess the accuracy of written content relevant to Adventure Life product
- Strong attention to detail
- Independent work ethic and ability to meet communicated deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant communications or administrative experience
- Experience in UX design, graphic design, and/or photography a plus
- Travel industry knowledge or experience
This is a full-time, 40 hours/week position scheduled by the Content Manager within Adventure Life business hours of 7AM-7PM Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday (though schedule flexibility may be possible). Compensation is $1,000USD/month. This position is fully remote.
