CONTENT OPERATIONS MANAGER — PERSONAL BRAND + COMMUNITY
Full-time | Remote | Philippines | $1,000+ USD/month | PST hours + weekends

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time, exclusive role supporting a globally recognized finance educator and content creator with 450K+ LinkedIn followers, a 40K+ newsletter, and a growing online Academy and executive community. You will be the operational backbone of how content gets created, published, and distributed — and how a high-value community of executives experiences our platform every day.

This is not a 9-to-5 role and it is not for someone who needs to be managed. It is for someone who runs toward problems, operates with urgency, and uses AI not as a novelty but as the foundation of how they work. PLATFORMS

Circle — spaces, events, member management, moderation

Content publishing

LinkedIn — native publishing, scheduling, engagement, analytics
Beehiiv — newsletter drafting, scheduling, segmentation, analytics
Thinkific — course publishing, student communication, basic back-end

Content ops

A content calendar tool: Notion, Airtable, or ClickUp
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft 365
Loom — async video communication

AI tools (daily use, multiple)

ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini
At least one image tool: Midjourney, Ideogram, or DALL·E

Design + repurposing

Canva — graphics, carousels, templates

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Manage our Circle community end-to-end — onboarding, events, engagement loops, member experience, and day-to-day moderation across multiple spaces and tiers
- Coordinate content across LinkedIn, our newsletter (Beehiiv), the Academy (Thinkific), and our brands — scheduling, repurposing, and publishing with zero errors
- Maintain and execute a content calendar across both personal brand and company brand
- Troubleshoot and deploy HTML — fix broken elements, update landing pages, push changes to live environments without waiting for a developer
- Build and improve AI-assisted workflows to increase output volume and reduce turnaround time — and proactively replace anything you built last month with something better this month
- Manage event logistics inside Circle — live sessions, replays, announcements, and follow-up sequences
- Flag issues before they escalate. Surface problems your employer doesn't know about yet. Be two steps ahead, always.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

- Demonstrated experience managing content for a personal brand with a significant following — LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletter, or similar. We will verify this. Vague claims will disqualify you.
- Proven experience managing an online community platform (Circle, Mighty Networks, Slack, ---------- ) at an operational level — not just participation
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix HTML/CSS issues and deploy to live environments. This will be tested.
- Fluent, professional English — written and spoken. This role involves executive-facing communication.
- AI-native work style — you can demonstrate specific workflows you have built and measurably improved over time. "I use ChatGPT" is not sufficient.
- Available full-time, exclusively — no other clients, no side projects that compete for your attention during work hours
- Available during PST business hours and on weekends as needed. This is a high-output role.
- Minimum 2 years in a single role with a verifiable reference who will answer the phone

- You understand personal branding mechanics at a deep level — what makes content perform, why audiences grow, how community trust is built
- You are comfortable working in a monitored environment with tracked hours and clear output expectations — and you prefer it that way because you have nothing to hide
- You do not need to be the most creative person in the room. You need to be the most reliable and the fastest executor in the room.

COMPENSATION

$1,000+ USD per month increasing to $2,000+ after 90 days depending on experience and demonstrated results. After a successful 90-day trial, a performance bonus structure applies based on output targets which can easily double your starting salary of $1,000.

This is a contractor arrangement. You are responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
