We help real estate brokerages grow through content systems, marketing infrastructure, authority building, social media strategy, AI-powered content, and operational systems.

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Content Operations Editor to become a core part of our team.

This is not a simple video editing role.

We are looking for someone who can help us build and scale content operations across multiple brands and clients.

Responsibilities:

- Video Editing
- Edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
- Edit real estate property videos
- Edit luxury lifestyle content
- Edit authority-based talking head content
- Add captions, motion graphics and transitions
- Organize project files and assets

Content Operations:

- Organize content libraries
- Manage project folders
- Prepare content for client review
- Upload and organize deliverables
- Maintain content calendars
- Assist with workflow management

AI & Creative Tools:
- Work with AI-generated content
- Assist with AI listing videos
- Create simple graphic assets when required
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools to improve efficiency
