Content Manager & Video Editor (Remote)

About Us

Egyptian Eyes Boutique is a metaphysical retail store and spiritual education brand located in Smyrna, Georgia. We provide professional readings, spiritual development classes, podcasts, live events, educational content, aura photography, and holistic products.

We are seeking a highly organized Content Manager & Video Editor to help transform our existing content into engaging social media, podcast, and educational content.

Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube
• Create YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikToks from long-form content
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and branding
• Remove pauses, filler words, and technical issues
• Create engaging hooks within the first 3 seconds

Content Management

• Organize and catalog video footage
• Maintain content calendar
• Upload and schedule content on social media platforms
• Repurpose one video into multiple content pieces
• Maintain organized folders and naming conventions

Graphic Design

• Create simple thumbnails using Canva
• Create promotional graphics for classes, events, and podcast episodes
• Maintain consistent branding

Requirements

• Fluent written English
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Compensation

Please provide:

Trial Project

Final candidates will complete a paid test project using actual content from Egyptian Eyes Boutique.
