Content Manager & UGC Procurement Officer

Dreama ( ---------- ) is a growing supplements brand and we're looking for an organised, proactive Content Manager to own our UGC (user-generated content) pipeline from end to end.

What you'll be doing:

Finding and vetting UGC creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube who are a good fit for a supplements brand

Reaching out to creators, negotiating deliverables, and managing ongoing relationships
Coordinating product shipments — collecting creator addresses and liaising with our team to get products sent out

Reviewing submitted content against our brief and providing feedback when revisions are needed

Tracking creators, deadlines, and payment schedules in a shared tracker

Processing creator payments accurately and on time

Sending a weekly update on pipeline status (respond to this job with the letter Q)

What we're looking for:

- Experience working with UGC creators or influencers
- Excellent written English
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, Airtable, or Google Sheets
- Self-directed — able to work independently with minimal supervision
