Part-Time Content Manager / Social Media Manager

Are you passionate about content creation, storytelling, and helping brands grow online? We're looking for a creative and organized Content Manager / Social Media Manager to join our team and manage multiple social media accounts.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee content creation and social media management across 4–5 accounts, ensuring consistent branding, engaging content, and strong audience growth. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating content, staying on top of social media trends, and helping businesses increase their online presence.

Responsibilities
Help grow our online presence and increase audience engagement
Create and publish 5 photo posts daily across multiple social media accounts
Produce 1 long-form video and 1 short-form video each week
Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice
Schedule and manage posts, stories, and content calendars
Monitor social media trends and identify content opportunities
Engage with followers and support community management efforts
Develop, write, and manage newsletters for clients and our audience
Track content performance and suggest improvements
Assist in increasing sales, lead generation, and overall brand visibility
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to execute marketing campaigns and content strategies
Attend a weekly tea ---------- eting every Monday (approximately 1 hour)
Check in with the team for at least 1 hour per day, 5 days per week

Qualifications
Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
Strong writing and communication skills
Knowledge of major social media platforms
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines consistently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Experience with email marketing and newsletter platforms is a plus
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are preferred

Position Details:
Part-Time
Remote Position
Required attendance at a weekly Monday tea ---------- eting
Required daily check-in of at least 1 hour, 5 days per week
Compensation: $135 USD every two weeks
Pay Schedule: Payments are made on the 1st and 15th of each month
Payment Method: Must be able to receive payments through Wise
