We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Manager to lead our podcast and YouTube content strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, video editing, and platform management, specifically on YouTube. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and executing compelling content that drives engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement content strategies for our podcast and YouTube channel.
Conduct audience research to identify trends and content opportunities.
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery.

Content Creation:
Plan, script, and produce high-quality podcast episodes and YouTube videos.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to generate content ideas.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.

Video Editing:
Edit video content for YouTube, including trimming, adding graphics, sound, and special effects.
Ensure all videos meet the highest quality standards and are optimized for engagement.

Platform Management:
Manage and grow our YouTube channel, ensuring content is optimized for search and discovery.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Promotion & Distribution:
Develop and execute promotional plans to maximize content reach.
Collaborate with the social media team to cross-promote content across platforms.
Engage with the audience through comments, community posts, and live streams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and platform management, particularly on YouTube.
Strong understanding of podcast production and distribution.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and editorial skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with YouTube Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
