Our marketing agency is looking for a Content Creator / Video Editor to join our fast-growing team. We are expanding rapidly and need an A-Team Member who can help us scale even further. About the Role

We need a full-time Content Creator / Video Editor who will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content using Canva. You will work with raw footage from our clients or use high-quality stock images/videos to craft content that drives conversions. Your work will play a crucial role in our agency’s success, and there are clear opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

As a Content Creator / Video Editor, your tasks will include:
- Editing and creating high-quality visual content using Canva
- Working with raw client footage or stock images/videos to produce engaging content for paid advertising, email, social media etc.
- Ensuring that all content is optimized for conversions
- Following content strategies and guidelines to maintain brand consistency
- Collaborating with the team to improve content effectiveness
- Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work consistently

What We Expect from You
We need someone who is:

? Creative and detail-oriented
? Experienced with Canva (a must-have!)
? Able to work full-time (30-40 hours per week)
? Proactive and communicative
? Motivated and energetic with a “can-do” attitude
? Familiar with social media trends and content strategies
? Fluent in English (spoken and written)
? Performance based (data-driven)
