In this role you will be asked to edit and colour grade professional videos and photos. We have a long-term, full-time position for someone who has the necessary technical skills, strong English, and will communicate with us on a daily basis to develop a good working relationship.

This is an advanced role for someone who is highly experienced with Lightroom, Photoshop, and CapCut (or similar).

Responsibilities:
- Edit and enhance travel and outdoor photography using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- Produce high-quality travel and outdoor video content using CapCut (or similar editing software)
- Design graphics for social media, advertising campaigns, and other marketing materials
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Requirements:
- C1 or C2 English proficiency
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Strong experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, and CapCut (or equivalent software)
- Proven colour grading and photo editing skills for both photography and video
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative guidelines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

What you get:
- Starting monthly salary of 1150 AUD based on experience (with an annual raise and potential bonuses)
- 9am - 5pm workday (Manila time)
- 13th month pay
- Paid sick leave
- 25 flexible days of paid time off (including holidays)
- Health insurance (AllCare)
- Fortnightly pay
- We don’t expect or require you to use TimeProof

To apply, please attach your resume and submit a short video introduction about yourself (2-5 minutes) addressing the following points:
1. Start the video by saying 'Hello Maddie' - so we know it's not a generic video :)
2. A brief introduction about yourself.
3. What tools you like to use to edit photos and videos.
4. A specific example of a recent project you worked on - please highlight challenges faced and how you overcame them.
5. Your approach to prioritising tasks and staying organised in a dynamic work environment.
6. If available, feel free to include a link to your portfolio or examples of your previous work (videos, graphics, social media content, etc.)

Please upload your video to a platform of your choice and share the link with us. Don't worry about production quality - content and clarity are what matter most.

When submitting an application, please use the subject line “[your name] + [your favourite animal]” :)

If you are shortlisted for the job, you will proceed to an interview. We look forward to reviewing your application and are excited to work with you!
