Key Responsibilities
Consulting Project Management
Manage project plans, workback schedules, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple client engagements.
Track project milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, preparation materials, and post-meeting follow-ups.
Ensure client deliverables are completed on time, to a high standard, and aligned with engagement priorities.
Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including status reports, trackers, risk logs, decision logs, and stakeholder updates.
Anticipate bottlenecks, flag issues early, and help keep projects moving forward.
Bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving workstreams.
Consulting Support and Client Delivery
Support the development of client-facing materials, including strategy decks, workshop materials, executive summaries, proposals, playbooks, reports, and implementation roadmaps.
Help synthesize meeting notes, workshop outputs, research, and client inputs into clear themes and practical next steps.
Conduct light research, benchmarking, and competitive scans as needed.
Support facilitation preparation, including pre-reads, workshop agendas, participant materials, and follow-up documentation.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service.
PowerPoint, Canva, and Visual Communication
Create highly polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
Translate complex consulting concepts into clear, visually compelling slides.
Improve slide structure, flow, formatting, charts, diagrams, and executive messaging.
Create branded templates, visual frameworks, workshop materials, one-pagers, and social or marketing assets in Canva.
Ensure all materials are consistent with mBolden’s brand, tone, and visual standards.
Bring a strong eye for design, layout, hierarchy, and readability.
Business Operations and Administrative Support
Support internal planning, business development, marketing, and operational projects as needed.
Assist with proposal development, scope documents, client follow-ups, and CRM updates.
Organize files, templates, client folders, and project assets.
Help create repeatable systems and processes that improve efficiency across the business.
Support occasional scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks related to client delivery. NOTE - this is not a virtual assistant or EA role.
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, project management, business operations, or a related field.
Previous experience at a Big 4 firm, strategy consulting firm, management consulting firm, or high-performing professional services environment.
Strong project management experience, including managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, risks, and competing priorities.
Exceptional PowerPoint skills, including executive-level deck creation, formatting, storyline development, and visual communication.
Strong Canva skills, including branded templates, one-pagers, workbooks, marketing assets, and presentation materials.
Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, consultants, or client-facing teams.
Excellent written communication, editing, organization, and follow-through.
Comfortable working virtually and independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have
Experience supporting transformation, change management, operating model, leadership development, workforce planning, or digital enablement projects.
Experience creating workshop materials, facilitation guides, and executive offsite materials.
Experience with consulting proposals, statements of work, and business development materials.
Familiarity with Lean, Agile, design thinking, or organizational effectiveness concepts.
Experience working with founders, boutique consulting firms, or senior executive clients.
Working Style
This is a virtual role, although travel may occasionally be required. The successful candidate must be comfortable working remotely, managing their own time, and staying closely aligned with priorities through clear communication and strong systems.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience, availability, and scope of work.
