About the position
This is an online, remote position only.

While this is a part time position from 8:30am - 11:30am PDT, we are looking for a long term candidate whose hours will grow as their experience grows with us. We are looking for a rockstar real estate project and property manager who can
1. Interface with broad array of constituents including tenants, property managers, maintenance/groundskeeping staff, contractors, structural engineers, city officials, and other skilled/regulatory bodies in the construction industry (english fluency and US hours are required)
2. Independently develop construction project plan and ensure smooth execution of project timelines leveraging the aforementioned constituents and industry standard tooling
3. Provide detailed and summary level status reports weekly to the real estate partners and present those summaries when required
4. Ensure projects stay on-budget and on-time making everyone aware of the potential risks and the business outcomes

About you
This position requires
1. Project management software knowledge such as Jira, Asana, Upgrade to see actual info
2. Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing expertiese
3. Great English written and speaking skills
4. Get things done attitude that operates well in a fast paced environment.

Expected Start Date: 02/19/2024

Job Types: Part-time, OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 40 months

Salary: Php250.00 - Php500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
