Plannery is a specialist construction programming consultancy working with commercial builders across Australia.
We work across both preconstruction and live construction phases, but we specialise in tender programs and methodology submissions. Our work forms an integral part of our clients’ bidding teams, helping shape competitive, well-structured submissions that win work.

We are a fully remote team working on projects across Australia. This is a fully remote role.
We are seeking an intermediate-level Construction Planner / Scheduler with solid Australian construction experience who wants to operate at a high level within a focused, specialist consultancy.

The Role
You will work directly with the Director across multiple projects nationally.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing detailed tender programs in MS Project
2. Developing and updating construction programs
3. Reviewing drawings and breaking down the scope into logical build sequences
4. Reviewing and refining program logic and critical path
5. Preparing written methodologies and staging strategies

You will be building programs from first principles, analysing scope in detail, and contributing to methodology thinking that directly supports competitive tenders.

About You
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience on Australian commercial building projects (essential)
2. Strong MS Project capability
3. Experience preparing or managing construction programs for construction projects - not just civil or utility projects
4. Solid understanding of sequencing, procurement and site delivery
5. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
6. Clear written communication skills
