Construction Manager and Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a construction manager/project estimator with a thorough knowledge of the construction process from bidding through handover.
Job Description:
- The candidate must be able to read and interpret construction drawings and documentation.
- Create detailed quantity surveys for buildings, civil works, and interiors,
- Create and maintain tracking of trade/vendor/subcontractor bids and proposals
- Send and follow up with bid invitations
- Create itemized budgets
- Manage and Organize RFI's
- Organize and maintain project documentation on dropbox
- Create progress reports
- Create Shop Drawings for fabrication on AutoCAD/drafting/modeling software

Qualifications
- Proven experience in estimating with a background in architectural and/or civil engineering.
- Mastery in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, construction plans, and interior design details.
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools (Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Ability to produce shop drawings
- A degree in architecture, construction management, or civil engineering
