Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to assist in interpreting construction blueprints and calculating accurate measurements for project bidding. This role requires expertise in blueprint reading, material takeoffs, and cost estimation to support competitive project bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret architectural, structural, and technical blueprints.
• Accurately calculate areas, volumes, and material quantities from blueprints.
• Prepare detailed project estimates, including costs for materials, labor, and other resources.
• Utilize tools like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or other construction-related software to ensure precision.
• Collaborate with the project team to refine estimates and address technical queries.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in reading and interpreting construction blueprints.
• Expertise in construction estimation and measurement calculations.
• Proficiency with software like AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or PlanSwift.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of international building codes is a plus.
