Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Online Construction Assistant to support our project management and coordination efforts. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in construction and a knack for organization and effective communication.
Position Overview:
As an Online Construction Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and successful execution of our remodeling projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting with project management, task scheduling, customer support, data entry, project communication, and coordination. This role requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of residential remodeling projects.
Provide administrative support to the project management team, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
Facilitate effective communication among tea
Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Help in creating, updating, and maintaining project schedules and other project management tools.
Collaborate with the project management team to identify and address potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Assist in the sourcing and coordination of materials and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction, specifically in residential remodeling.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent management and task scheduling abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Fluent in English, with outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
References or referrals from past job experiences.
Preferred:
Experience in Construction Management.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
