We are a growing residential and commercial building company based in South Australia. We specialise in custom homes, renovations, commercial projects, roofing, carpentry and construction management.
As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and highly organised Construction Administration & Systems Coordinator to support our operations remotely.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, organisation, administration and process improvement. We are looking for a long-term tea
The Role
This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours. Initially, the role will focus on administration, systems setup and workflow management, with the opportunity to expand responsibilities over time.
You will work directly with the business owner and site supervisor to improve efficiency, maintain accurate records and help implement systems that allow the business to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update project pipeline reports
Assist with implementation and management of Wunderbuild
Keep project information organised and up to date
Follow up supplier quotations and pricing requests
Assist with document management and file organisation
Prepare draft invoices for review
Assist with debtor follow-up and payment tracking
Update job costing and project administration records
Maintain task lists, schedules and project trackers
Help develop and improve administrative systems and processes
Success After 90 Days
The successful applicant will:
Have Wunderbuild implemented and actively used within the business
Be maintaining project administration with minimal supervision
Keep project pipeline reports accurate and current
Have reduced the owner's administrative workload significantly
Be proactively identifying improvements to systems and workflows
Be a trusted and reliable member of the team
