Objective:
Own the day-to-day administration of workforce compliance, employee documentation, claims management, and employment-related operational processes for a US-based workforce.
Primary Responsibilities:
Unemployment claim intake, response preparation, and case management
Employment and earnings verification requests
Income withholding orders (garnishments, child support orders, etc.)
Workers' compensation documentation and case administration
Workplace i
State registration and renewal tracking
Insurance, licensing, and certification renewal management
Audit preparation and documentation maintenance
Benefits administration support
Employee records management
Compliance reporting and tracking
Coordination with payroll, legal, insurance carriers, and external vendors
Preferred Background:
Experience supporting US-based employees
Experience handling unemployment claims
Experience with workers' compensation administration
Experience managing garnishments and income withholding orders
Experience responding to employment verification requests
Experience working for a staffing company, PEO, EOR, payroll provider, or HR outsourcing firm
Familiarity with ADP, Paychex, TriNet, Insperity, Deel, Remote, Randstad, Adecco, Kelly, PeopleReady, EmployBridge, Staffmark, Aerotek, or similar organizations
