We’re looking for a Community Manager & Operations Specialist to lead our community engagement efforts while supporting operational tasks across our platforms and projects. If you’re tech-savvy, a creative problem-solver, and a jack-of-all-trades, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
Community Management:

- Engage with members across platforms like Slack and Facebook Groups, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Respond to questions, moderate discussions, and host interactive events (e.g., Q&As, polls, and challenges).
- Monitor and nurture relationships within the community to ensure an exceptional experience for members.

Operational Support:

Use tools like ChatGPT and Kartra to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency.
Handle design and video editing projects using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
Support course launches, email campaigns, and backend operations to keep projects on track.
Troubleshoot technical issues, assist with integrations, and manage platform updates.
Content & Strategy:

Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for social media, email, and community platforms.
Analyze engagement data and feedback to propose strategies for growth and improvement.
Stay up-to-date on trends and tools to continuously enhance the community and operations.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 4+ years in community management, operations, or similar roles.
Skills:
Proficiency in Slack, ChatGPT, Kartra, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and tools.

Personality:
Organized, resourceful, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Creative and personable, with a passion for engaging with people.

Bonus Points:
Experience in online education, marketing, or community-building.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or analytics tools.
