JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
Systems Driven CEO is a fast-growing coaching and consulting brand helping 6- and 7-figure founders move from Operator to CEO through AI automation, systems architecture, and leadership development.

We need someone who owns the front-line relationship work every single day — keeping communities active, nurturing warm leads, booking calls, and moving the funnel forward. This is not an admin role. It’s a growth role. You’ll be responsible for real numbers and held to them monthly.

What You’ll Own
Community Management & Growth
• Daily moderation and engagement across Skool and ---------- communities
• Execute community growth strategies to increase membership month over month, following established playbooks provided by the founder
• Welcome and onboard new members, guide them to the right resources and next steps
• Post interactive content (polls, prompts, challenges) to drive consistent activity and digital product conversions
• Monitor member progress and follow up with anyone who goes quiet
• Handle member questions, concerns, and retention conversations
Appointment Setting
• Conduct daily DM outreach across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Qualify warm leads and move them toward booking a call
• Follow up with leads who’ve downloaded resources or engaged with content but haven’t booked
• Maintain and update the CRM (GoHighLevel) with accurate lead status, conversation notes, and stage changes
GoHighLevel Automation Support
• Build and update automation workflows when new lead magnets or offers launch
• Ensure new contacts are routed correctly into the right sequences
• Flag any pipeline issues or broken automations to the team

What We’re Looking For
Non-negotiable:
• Proven appointment setting experience with a documented conversion rate
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience — you’ve built automations, not just used the platform
• Experience managing an online community (Skool, ---------- , or equivalent — 500+ members)
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Genuine AI literacy — you use AI tools daily and new tools don’t intimidate you
• Demonstrated organization and follow-through — verifiable through your work history and how you show up in this application process
• Reliable and proactive — you surface problems early, handle what’s in your lane, and don’t need daily check-ins
Strong signals:
---------- community management experience
• Experience working inside a coaching or consulting brand
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where offers and priorities shift

Key Performance Indicators
You’ll be held to these metrics monthly:
• Net new community members — consistent month-over-month growth
• Appointments booked per week — minimum 8, target 12+
• Appointment conversion rate — 40% floor
• Digital product conversions — tracked monthly, tied to DM and community activity
• CRM hygiene — all leads updated within 24 hours of interaction
• Community response time — member inquiries answered within 24 hours

Tools You’ll Use
Skool · ---------- · GoHighLevel · ClickUp · Notion · Instagram · Facebook · LinkedIn · Google Workspace · Slack · Claude · Gemini

Hours & Compensation
Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. Rate: $8–$12/hour based on experience. Include your rate expectations in your application.

How to Apply
Read these instructions carefully. How you follow them is part of the evaluation.

Include a short video (2–3 minutes) or written response answering all three questions below. Number your answers exactly as listed. Do not combine them.
1. Describe a community you’ve managed — platform, size, what you did to keep it active, and one specific result you’re proud of.
2. Walk us through your appointment setting process. How do you qualify someone before booking them?
3. Give one example of a GHL automation you built from scratch — what triggered it, what it did, and why you built it.
Applications missing any of the following will not be reviewed:
• Correct subject line
• All three questions answered and numbered
• Rate expectations included
