Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to nurture and grow our vibrant online community. The Community Manager will foster engagement, build relationships with our members, and ensure our community is a supportive and inspiring space for personal and professional growth. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing online communities and a deep understanding of the coaching industry.
Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement:
Create and schedule engaging posts to encourage meaningful discussions.
Respond to member questions and comments promptly and professionally.
Recognize and celebrate milestones and achievements within the community.

Community Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to grow community membership.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community through email campaigns, social media, and other channels.

Member Support:
Act as the main point of contact for community members, addressing their needs and concerns.
Moderate discussions to ensure a positive and respectful environment.
Organize and host virtual events, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and networking meetups.

Content Creation:
Collaborate with the team to produce educational and inspirational content tailored to the needs of coaches.
Curate valuable resources to share with the community.

Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze community engagement metrics to evaluate success.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve the community experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of the coaching industry and the challenges faced by coaches.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with social media platforms, community management tools, and CRMs (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus).
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of individuals.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts diplomatically.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Passionate about personal development, coaching, and creating positive change.

Preferred Skills

Experience hosting virtual events or webinars.
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Discord, or Facebook Groups for community management.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for creating simple visuals.
