Communication Coach , Senior Professionals in Global Roles

SignalCheck works with experienced professionals who operate in English in high-stakes international settings: interviews, presentations, stakeholder meetings, and the ---------- nts where how clearly you come across genuinely matters.
This is not classroom teaching and not general ESL. You would be coaching capable, senior professionals on communication performance, using our structured diagnostic method. You deliver our system, with our clients. You will be supported by our session tool, which guides you through the method in real time.

Who this is for:

You are an experienced coach or teacher trainer, not someone early in their career. You likely hold a DELTA or equivalent, and you have worked one-to-one with business or professional clients. You are comfortable with senior people. You are reliable, structured, and you treat scheduled sessions as fixed commitments.

You build rapport quickly and put people at ease, and you can follow live session guidance while keeping the conversation completely natural. The best coaches make a structured session feel like an easy, flowing conversation.
What we're looking for:

- Significant 1:1 experience coaching business or professional clients (interview, presentation, or communication coaching)

- DELTA, or equivalent depth of qualification and experience

- Comfortable working with senior professionals from APAC markets

- Able to commit to consistent weekly slots during UK afternoon hours (roughly 7pm-11pm PHT, which is evening in Taiwan, Korea and Japan)

- Reliable, quiet setup for video sessions

- Genuinely dependable on timing and follow-through

The role:

Rate is $14-18 per session depending on experience, with sessions running around 60 minutes. A few hours per week to start, with real scope to grow as we expand, including upcoming corporate work. You deliver a proven method to a clear standard, you are not building from scratch.
