Commercial Lease Abstracting

Our real estate brokerage company is looking for an analyst who has familiarity with and who has done lease abstracting. We work on the sale of single tenant net lease properties. We need an analyst who can review a lease between a landlord (owner) of a property and the tenant (renter) to whom they lease. This requires review of the lease and completion of a lease abstracting form.
