Monthly Contract: 35,000 PH

Candidate Requirements
Please do not apply if you do not meet the following criteria:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance within the USA.
Fluent in English with excellent COOMUNICATIONS SKILLS both written and verbal.
Highly organized, DETAIL ORIENTED, and proficient in time management and task prioritization.
University degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience working from home, with the ability to work 40 hours a week on USA/New York time (night shift).
Must have a home office setup including:
DUAL MONITORS (minimum 20 inches)
Noise-cancelling HEADSET
HIGH SPEED internet with a secure connection with convergys
Must have Webcam for GOOGLE MEET , and install necessary Employee Monitoring software
BACKUP power station for Wi-Fi and computer.
Ability to work collaboratively via Google Meet with a counterpart in the USA.
Must provide a recent (2023) NBI clearance copy upon hire or within the first two weeks of employment.

Job Role Key Responsibilities:

Applications:

Complete application forms.
Enter account details into our CRM (Agency Management System).

Quoting:
Quote with direct insurance carriers.
Submit accounts to agencies for quotes.
Send quote proposals to insured clients.

Binding:
Prepare binding documents.
Bind quotes with our direct carriers.
Submit bind requests to agencies.

Policy Issuance:
Distribute policies to insured clients.
File policy information in our CRM and attach relevant documents.

Servicing:
Manage endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, invoices, payments, certificates, audits, renewals, and rewrites.
Miscellaneous:
Handle inbound and outbound calls (insureds, banks, carriers, etc.).
Provide excellent customer service.
