We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Quoting Specialist to join our team and help us efficiently increase quote submissions. This role involves handling commercial insurance quoting, assisting agents with placing quotes, and ensuring a smooth process from submission to final approval. The ideal candidate is experienced in insurance quoting, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

???? Key Responsibilities:
? Quote & Submit: Process and submit quotes for commercial insurance leads, working with multiple carriers to provide clients with competitive options.
? Carrier Knowledge: Understand and stay up to date with each carrier's market appetite, underwriting preferences, and quoting procedures.
? Quote Management: Monitor the progress of submitted quotes, follow up with carriers, and ensure a faster turnaround time.
? Carrier Follow-Up: Communicate with carriers to push applications forward and resolve any roadblocks.
? CRM Management: Accurately track and update quote submissions, statuses, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
? Task Execution: Handle multiple quoting tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and organization.
? Follow-Through: Ensure all pending quotes are followed up on promptly to maximize conversions.

???? Qualifications & Skills Required:
???? Experience: Prior experience in commercial insurance quoting
???? Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with quoting platforms, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
???? Typing Speed: High typing speed for efficient data entry.
???? Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
???? Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple quotes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
???? Resourceful & Proactive: Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
???? Remote Work Experience: Must be comfortable working remotely and handling different platforms.
???? Stable Internet Connection: A fast and reliable internet connection is required, with a backup connection as a contingency.
