Cold caller / Appointment Setter VA

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team in a role focused on outbound calling and lead qualification. This position centers on reaching out to internet leads, building quick rapport, and transferring qualified prospects to our producers.

Key Responsibilities
-Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to internet leads.
-Follow an established script while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
-Build quick rapport and determine interest in receiving home and/or auto insurance quotes.
-Transfer qualified prospects to producers for quoting.
-Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude despite frequent rejection.

Ideal Candidate Profile
-Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
-Strong listening skills and ability to engage prospects effectively.
-Dependable, coachable, and receptive to feedback.
-Clear, professional English communication skills.
-Confident in using phone systems and open to learning new technology (e.g., Ricochet).
-Positive, motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background
-Prior experience in telemarketing, appointment-setting, customer service, or lead qualification.
-Insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Training & Tools
-Training on the Ricochet system and script is straightforward for candidates comfortable with technology.
-Success in this role depends most on enjoying conversations with people and consistently engaging prospects over the phone.
