JOB OVERVIEW

**What You’ll Do:**
- Make outbound calls to licensed real estate agents using provided call lists or databases
- Introduce agents to our brokerage's unique value proposition and culture
- Set appointments with interested agents for follow-up interviews with our leadership team
- Track all call activity, leads, and notes using CRM systems
- Follow up consistently and professionally to maximize conversion
- Collaborate with leadership to improve call scripts and outreach strategies

**What We’re Looking For:**
- Experience in cold calling, recruiting, telemarketing, or phone sales
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident phone presence
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups and call metrics
- Goal-oriented with a self-starter mindset
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working independently and remotely if needed
