We're looking for a Cold Calling Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and help us connect with potential clients. If you have strong communication skills, experience in outbound sales, and can handle objections confidently, we want to hear from you!

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a part-time, remote position requiring at least 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is $10/hour + commission on closed deals. As a Cold Calling VA, you'll play a key role in reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided lead lists.
- Engage with prospects, handle objections, and follow the provided call scripts.
- Qualify leads and determine if they meet our criteria.
- Book appointments with decision-makers and update the CRM accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and scheduled meetings.
- Work towards daily and weekly KPI targets for booked appointments.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
- Ability to handle objections and keep prospects engaged in conversations.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Close CRM, GoHighLevel, or similar).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet performance targets.

PROVIDED:
- Full training, call scripts, and CRM access.
- Ongoing support via Slack and regular check-ins with the team.
- Clear expectations and structured workflows for success.

HOURS:
- Monday to Friday, minimum 4 hours per day.
- Flexibility in scheduling within business hours.

RATE:
- $10/hour + commission on every closed deal.
