JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team! You will be responsible for making calls per day to key decision-makers in leadership roles. Your goal will be to set appointments while also generating valuable leads for our IT software development outsourcing business. This role requires a proactive mindset and a passion for building relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
Calling leads daily, which are mostly leaders in IT/any target industries.
Set high-quality appointments with potential clients.
Lead generation to identify potential business opportunities.
Update and manage data within HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn
Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up and converted.

Requirements:
3 years of cold calling experience, with at least 2 years selling IT services or solutions.
Proven ability to generate appointments and leads through cold calling.
Familiarity with IT software development outsourcing businesses is highly preferred.
Experience with HubSpot CRM is a must.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
Ideally, candidates should not be fresh graduates.
