The company offers tailored strategies in various sectors to boost its clients' leads, admissions, and revenue.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Cold Caller at Ring Ring Marketing. As a Cold Caller, you will make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments for our clients. Your goal will be to engage with prospects, overcome objections, and successfully convert leads into qualified opportunities.

Qualifications
? Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
? Experience in cold calling or telemarketing
? Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
? Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
? Ability to work independently and meet targets
? Basic computer skills and proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
? Good time management and organizational skills
? High level of integrity and ethical conduct

Compensation
Base Salary = $700 - $ 950/month

Commission Structure:
? Per Offer Set = $5 Bonus (Offer is opting into a book, a guide, a webinar, etc)
? Metric = More than 50 per month
? Per Appointment Set = $50 Bonus (if show up, if no show, does not count)
? Metric = More than 15 per month

Minimum Performance Metric:
? # of Cold Calls = >150/day
? Per “Offer” Set = > 50 per month
? Per Appointment Set = > 15 per month

We use Time Doctor and you are required to work 8 hours/day.
