Job Overview:?
We’re looking for a driven, real estate-passionate Virtual Assistant in the Philippines who loves the thrill of the hunt! You’ll make outbound cold calls to motivated sellers, qualify hot opportunities, categorize leads, and help close deals by pushing warm/hot leads forward.


Responsibilities:
• Make high-volume energetic cold calls using scripts and dialer
• Qualify leads with genuine interest and gather property details
• Categorize (Hot/Warm/Cold) and update our CRM accurately
• Quickly hand off hot/warm leads to the acquisitions manager
• Manage and nurture the lead database daily


Requirements:
• Real passion for real estate + experience in cold calling or appointment setting
• Clear, confident, and enthusiastic English communication
• Organized, self-motivated, and resilient with rejection
• Comfortable with CRM and dialer tools
• Stable internet and quiet workspace
