Job Title: Part-Time Cold Caller – Real Estate Lead Qualification (Remote)

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Hours: 15-20 hours/week (flexible schedule)
Pay: $4-6/hour depending on experience and English fluency
Start: Immediate

About the Role

I own a real estate investment company focused on distressed and inherited properties. I need someone to call homeowners from my lead lists, confirm basic information, gauge interest, and set appointments for me to follow up.

This is NOT high-pressure sales. Every call is about gathering data and finding people who are open to a conversation — nothing more. You will have a clear script, a list of property owners, and a simple goal: confirm the right person, pick the right approach, book the call.

Your Responsibilities

- Call 30-50 homeowners per day from provided lists
- Confirm you're speaking to the right person (owner, heir, executor, etc.)
- Deliver a short, natural script based on the situation
- Identify and remove dead/bad numbers from the list
- Log call outcomes (not interested, callback booked, wrong number, etc.)
- Book appointments for me to call back

What I'm Looking For

- Natural, conversational English that doesn't sound like a script
- Comfortable talking to strangers on the phone
- Able to handle rejection without getting discouraged
- Reliable internet connection and quiet environment for calls
- No prior sales experience required — right attitude and excellent English matters more

How to Apply

2. Send the recording with a short message about why this job interests you.

If your recording sounds natural and conversational, I'll reach out for a quick chat. If it sounds like you're reading from a script, I'll pass.
