JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a confident, persistent, and sales-driven **Cold Caller** to drive outbound outreach for a construction and roofing company. This role requires a polished phone presence, strong spoken English, and the ability to follow a script while keeping conversations natural and persuasive. The ideal candidate is comfortable making high-volume calls, handling objections, and keeping an organized lead pipeline in a CRM — all with minimal supervision.

## Key Responsibilities

## Outbound Cold Calling & Lead Generation

- Execute daily outbound cold calls to residential homeowners, property managers, apartment complexes, and commercial prospects
- Follow provided scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation to maximize engagement and interest
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria — identifying decision-makers, project needs, timelines, and budget
- Set appointments or warm transfers for the owner to deliver estimates and close deals
- Maintain a high daily call volume with consistent energy and professionalism throughout each shift

## CRM Management & Lead Tracking

- Log all call activity, lead status, and contact notes in the CRM after every interaction
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of verified leads and follow-up schedules
- Flag high-priority leads and hot prospects for the owner’s immediate attention
- Pull daily and weekly call reports to track outreach volume and conversion activity
- Ensure no leads go cold by maintaining a structured follow-up cadence

## Follow-Up & Pipeline Nurturing

- Conduct consistent follow-up calls and messages with leads that did not convert on first contact
- Send follow-up sequences via email or SMS as directed to keep prospects warm
- Re-engage past leads and dormant contacts from the existing database
- Communicate clearly with the owner on lead quality, objections encountered, and pipeline status

## Requirements

## Essential

- Excellent spoken English — clear, natural, confident, and professional on every call
- Proven cold calling or outbound sales experience with a track record of booking appointments or generating qualified leads
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection without losing ---------- ntum or energy
- Highly self-motivated and able to maintain a strong call volume independently
- Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through on lead tracking and follow-up tasks

## Technical

- Experience with CRM platforms for logging calls, managing pipelines, and tracking leads
- Comfortable using a dialer system for high-volume outbound calling
- Familiarity with basic follow-up tools including email and SMS outreach platforms
- Ability to learn and work within new systems quickly with minimal setup support

## Preferred

- Previous cold calling experience in construction, roofing, home services, or real estate
- Background in B2B or B2C outbound sales with demonstrated appointment-setting results
- Familiarity with the US construction or insurance restoration industry
- Experience working with county or commercial property contacts
