Cold Caller

We are looking for a skilled cold caller for our US based cleaning business. Duties of the cold caller include making a minimum amount of calls a day with a expected KPI per week. The caller will be responsible for reaching out to business, getting to the decision maker, and scheduling a walkthrough for our cleaning services, The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a sales rep and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful cold caller should be able to hit certain KPI's, not be timid on the phone and be willing to work for a commissioned based opportunity

Offer the products and services to the interested leads
Ability to write clear and concise emails to prevent confusion
Be the first point of contact for customers
Possess an empathetic yet confident demeanor over the phone
Ability to work alongside different departments
Manage leads as they come in
Maintain and manage records and other business and/or client information
Benefits
Salary: $4/hr
Commission: $20/cleaning walkthrough, $100/closed sell
