We're putting together a team of talented artists to leverage their existing skills and these tools to produce stunning art. AI tools do an amazing job, but they can only do so Upgrade to see actual info takes talent and skill to get a design across the finish line. We're leaning into this new landscape and our Agency is putting a team of talented artists together to massively upgrade the quality of graphics we can deliver while employing great people in this uncertain time.


When hiring I intend to provide a full time permanent salaried job for Upgrade to see actual info addition to my US based employees, I currently have a small team of Filipino employees who are absolutely wonderful and I'm eager to grow with more amazing and talented men and women.

The Job:

I'm looking for a full time graphics artist who has excellent vector and raster design skills - pre-AI tools. We're going to assemble new workflows and leverage AI tools, but AI can't make color, design, layout, or font choices yet. Our clients see the quality of art from Mid-Journey and it's quickly becoming expected. The only way to provide that new standard to finalized custom design is to have a talented artist at the helm.

Excellent raster and vector graphics design skills are REQUIRED. We need great artists for this.
A high level of English communication skill is REQUIRED.
A PC/Mac powerful enough to handle Adobe (or equivalent like Affinity) Photoshop and Illustrator is REQUIRED.

You will be;

Taking client commissions and producing print ready vector and raster designs.
Most of our work will be for the imprintable industry, this is apparel heavy, but can include other things like phone cases, mugs, pens, thermoses, etc.

If you know how to separate colors for screen printing this is a massive plus, please include examples of your sep work if so.

Even if you have not separated colors for screen printing, you must know how to produce artwork for the print industry; Negative space, dropped out backgrounds, halftoned edges where necessary etc. Most designs will not be for digital consumption but must be printed onto apparel or imprintable surfaces.

You can work as much as you want, I will pay you based on a salary, but overtime hours will be paid extra.
Vacations are flexible, if you need time off just let me know. One of our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers recently took a 4 week trip to another country and was able to manage his workload and received full salary for the duration.
