As we expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Operations Manager to help oversee and streamline our clinical side.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for coordinating the daily clinical operations of our remote care team, ensuring providers are supported, patients are cared for on time, and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a non-clinical leadership role ideal for someone with strong healthcare admin experience and a passion for operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling and coordination of NPs, MDs, and other clinical staff
Onboard and support new providers with training and system access
Track documentation, follow-ups, and ensure timely chart completion
Be the go-to contact for internal provider needs and questions
Monitor daily workflows, escalate issues, and help resolve bottlenecks
Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, processes, and care quality
Ensure compliance with basic clinical protocols and company standards
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years experience in healthcare administration, clinical coordination, or operations
Knowledge of telehealth systems is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Tech-savvy with tools like EHRs, spreadsheets, task/project trackers
A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities at once
