Summary
We are looking for a Client Success & Digital Growth Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our website design and SEO clients. This role is responsible for guiding clients from onboarding through website launch, SEO setup, campaign management, monthly reporting, and ongoing account support.
The ideal candidate has baseline experience with Wix, SEO, and customer service and is comfortable coordinating between clients, designers, SEO specialists, sales staff, vendors, and internal teams. This person will help keep projects organized, ensure client requests are clearly communicated, secure client approvals, and support clients in growing their business through websites, SEO, and digital marketing opportunities.
This role is part client success, part project coordination, and part digital growth support.

•REQUIRED: Strong English communication skills for client
•REQUIRED: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client support, account management, or project coordination.
•REQUIRED: Baseline experience with Wix, including simple website edits and updates.
•REQUIRED: Basic understanding of SEO, including keywords, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.
•REQUIRED: Strong organization and follow-up skills to manage client requests, approvals, deadlines, and timelines.
•REQUIRED: Comfortable coordinating between clients, designers, SEO teams, vendors, and internal staff.
•REQUIRED: Ability to translate client requests into clear action items for the appropriate tea
•REQUIRED: Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets,
•REQUIRED: Comfortable creating or updating simple client-facing presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
•REQUIRED: Excellent internet connection and willingness to use time-tracking software provided by the company.

Responsibilities
•Serve as the primary point of contact for website design and SEO clients.
•Coordinate client communication, onboarding, approvals, follow-ups, and project timelines.
•Communicate client requests clearly to designers, SEO teams, vendors, and internal staff.
•Make simple website updates in Wix when needed.
•Assist with SEO onboarding steps, including keyword collection, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and website access.
•Prepare client-facing materials such as onboarding presentations, meeting recaps, and monthly review summaries.
•Schedule and participate in client onboarding meetings and monthly SEO review meetings.
•Document client requests, meeting notes, approvals, action items, and follow-up details in the CRM or project management system.
•Review SEO action plans and help present recommended next steps to clients.
•Identify opportunities for additional website, SEO, or digital marketing services when appropriate.
Preferred Experience & Skills
•Experience in customer service, client support, account management, or project coordination.
•Baseline experience with Wix, including simple website edits and content updates.
•Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.
•Experience working with website design, SEO, digital marketing, or agency clients is preferred.
•Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
•Ability to write clear client

•Help improve client retention, identify digital growth opportunities, support upsells for SEO or website services, assist with improving client onboarding workflows, create client-facing reporting templates, and help manage ongoing website and SEO account growth.
