Your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture relationships with existing private clients, and actively seek out new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high client satisfaction and driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business. This position demands a proactive and customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Project Management and Client Support:?this KRA is done well when we provide exceptional customer support throughout the engagement lifecycle by ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, maintaining proper project documentation, and providing regular status update to stakeholders.
Sales Reporting and Data Analysis:?this KRA is done well when we maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system and utilize data analysis for continuous improvement of sales process.

Requirements:?
Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in B2B account management, preferably in the corporate training or professional development industry.?
With lead generation skills, excellent hunter profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.?
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.?
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.?
Proficiency in using Salesforce to track client interactions and sales activities.?
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.?
