NAMZI is a fast-growing TikTok Shop affiliate agency. We build and manage creator programs for DTC brands, taking them from zero to scaled affiliate revenue. We need someone sharp to sit between our clients and our internal team, keeping programs running cleanly and making sure our brand partners always know what is happening and why.
This is a high-visibility role. You will be talking to brand partners every day, managing timelines, tracking creator output, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you are organized, proactive, and comfortable on camera or in calls, this role is for you.
What you will do
Onboard new brand partners and set clear expectations around timelines, creator rollout, and performance milestones
Manage ongoing communication with B2B clients, including weekly check-ins, updates, and reporting
Coordinate internally with the creator management team to make sure campaign deliverables stay on track
Monitor TikTok Shop affiliate dashboards and flag performance trends to clients in a clear, confident way
Own the client relationship post-sale, handle objections, and keep retention high
Document processes, maintain CRM records in Close, and keep project timelines organized
