Compensation: $320/month Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (Up to $1,000/month Total Target Earnings)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Client Success Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients post-sale, ensuring they experience a seamless onboarding process and achieve their desired outcomes. You will also oversee our Support Coach, manage backend sales opportunities, and handle various administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Onboarding & Integration: Conduct comprehensive onboarding calls with new clients. Ensure all clients have received necessary access to platforms, materials, and resources immediately following the close of sale.


Team Management: Oversee the daily activities of the Support Coach. Monitor client progress metrics and coordinate with the Support Coach to intervene when clients are falling behind or need additional assistance.


Client Engagement & Accountability: Facilitate regular client check-ins and accountability calls. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and empathetic support.


Backend Sales & Retention: Proactively identify opportunities for renewals, supplemental products, and 1:1 sessions. Manage the renewal process and execute strategies to maximize client retention and lifetime value.


Administrative Support: Assist with operational tasks including ordering supplies, managing schedules, and coordinating internal logistics as required by the founder.

Requirements:


Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a high-level administrative role.


Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.


Proven ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Experience with CRM software and project management tools.


Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with business owners.


Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $4.00 USD per hour ($320 USD per month).


Performance Bonuses: Additional earning potential up to $750 USD per month based on successful client onboardings, contract renewals, and weekly KPI achievements.


Total Earning Potential: Up to $1,000 USD per month.
