We are a New Zealand AI-powered marketing agency. We set up and run lead generation, AI chat agents, and CRM automation for small businesses (trades, clinics, professional services). Our systems and AI do the heavy lifting. We need a brilliant human to be the face our clients know and trust.
This role in one sentence: you onboard new clients, train them on their system, answer their questions, and keep them happy, so the business can focus on growth instead of being pulled into every client touchpoint.
What you will do
Onboard new clients: run friendly, confident video calls that walk them through their new marketing system.
Be the first point of contact for client questions and support. Troubleshoot, give clear answers, and know what is included vs a paid extra.
Sanity-check the marketing strategy our team and AI produce before it goes live. You are the experienced eye that catches "this will not land for this kind of business."
Keep clients informed and getting value. Spot an unhappy client before they tell you.
Work hand-in-hand with our AI systems (we will train you) to deliver fast.
What this role is NOT
You will not build ad campaigns from scratch or do media buying. Our AI platform and our strategist do that.
You will not be coding or building CRM workflows from zero. We have that covered.
You bring the judgement, the relationship, and the human touch. The systems do the grunt work.
You will thrive here if you have
Excellent spoken and written English. You will be on video calls with NZ business owners and need to come across as a confident, credible peer.
Real marketing literacy: you understand how online ads, lead funnels, and CRMs work well enough to smell when something is off and ask the right questions. (You do not need to be a media-buying expert. You need good judgement.)
Experience in a client-facing role: account management, client success, onboarding, or similar.
Calm, organised, proactive. You follow up without being chased and you own problems.
Comfortable learning new software fast.
Big plus (not required): GoHighLevel (GHL) experience · worked in or with a marketing agency · experience with AI chatbots.

- Hours: We work in the NZ timezone - there is flexibility for you to start later as long as there is five hours overlap with NZ working day
