JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary:
We’re on the lookout for a highly organized and self-driven Inventory Management Virtual Assistant to serve as the vital link between our clients and operations team. In this role, you’ll oversee order workflows, maintain clear communication channels, and handle critical administrative and research tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, solutions-oriented, and thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
*Act as the main point of contact between the client’s customer service team and our internal operations team, ensuring seamless coordination.
*Manage the end-to-end order process, troubleshoot potential roadblocks, and escalate issues promptly to prevent workflow disruptions.
*Accurately monitor orders and inventory levels using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
*Perform inventory analysis and merchandise data management, utilizing advanced Excel functions.
*Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and systems, making the most of documentation and support resources.
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong technical aptitude with proven ability to learn and navigate new systems like WMS and ERP tools.
*Prior experience working with ERP systems, order management platforms, or other operational software.
*Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and self-sufficient work style.
*Clear and effective communication skills for smooth coordination between clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
*Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data management).
*Highly motivated, fast learner with strong adaptability to evolving technologies and workflows.
*Desire for long-term employment and job stability.


Nice-to-Have Skills:
*Comfortable working independently and proactively solving issues without constant supervision.
*Strong technical proficiency with a knack for handling multiple systems simultaneously.
*Quick learner when it comes to mastering WMS tools or other operational platforms.
*Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail in both data handling and team communication.
