The Role:
As a Client Engagement Specialist, you'll serve as a key voice of our firm by making friendly, professional outbound calls to current and former clients. These aren't sales calls — they're relationship-building conversations designed to deepen trust, gather insights, collect valuable client data (including social media handles), and invite engagement in our private Facebook groups and other advocacy channels. Because these are phone-based, trust-building calls with U.S. clients, a clear, near-native spoken English accent is essential for success in this role. Your ability to communicate clearly, listen deeply, and invite action without pressure will be crucial in this role. You’ll use structured workflows and tools like our CMS and Excel to log call details, track outreach progress, and move contacts along our advocacy funnel. This is a remote, full-time role for someone who is dependable, empathetic, experienced, highly organized — and ideally capable of mentoring others as we grow a remote team.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct daily outbound calls to former and current clients with warmth, professionalism, and purpose
• Use firm-provided scripts and workflows while also adapting your tone naturally to each conversation
• Ask thoughtful questions, gather client feedback, and collect updated contact info and social media handles • Confidently and respectfully invite clients to join our private Facebook groups or participate in advocacy programs
• Advance each contact along our advocacy funnel — identifying potential referrals, testimonials, or social media engagement opportunities
• Accurately log notes and updates in the CMS and track engagement data in Excel
• Collaborate with the Client Advocacy Manager and Advocacy Team to continuously improve call strategies and processes
• Represent our firm’s values and mission in every interaction
• (Bonus) Lead or contribute to phone-based advocacy campaign development or mentor others on outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For:
• Professional-level spoken English with a clear, near-native accent suitable for U.S.-based client-facing phone interactions
• Minimum of 5 years of phone-based experience in customer service, client success, or relationship management is required
• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and a people-first attitude • Strong attention to detail and documentation • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Excel
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours (CST)
• Bonus: Experience mentoring others or contributing to outbound phone campaign strategy
